The Gladstone Men’s Shed is a place that offers the choice and freedom for men to socialise, participate and contribute to the local community while keeping active and growing or maintaining their skills. Who are Men’s Sheds for?
Males of all ages, cultures and abilities, including retirees, working men, students, unemployed and under-employed.
How Can I Get Involved?
Become a member, annual membership fee is currently $50
Members welcome to work on projects, ours or yours, no skills are required

What Are The Projects?
Our Shed has a good range of woodworking and metal-working equipment
We are building a CNC Router and encourage the artistic skills to use it
Our Coordinators allocate work each day and will guide you with our fellow members
We often work on items for the early childhood centres or other community needs
What We Don’t Do?
We do not compete against commercial businesses for repairs or general services
We are not an alternative for the public to source professional tradesmen or craftsmen
The Men’s Shed is not a welfare centre, nor is it a alternative or service provider for the appropriate health, medical or NDIS professionals.
